Heidi White has a doctorate in philosophy from the New School for Social Research and a master's degree in the history of ideas from the University of Texas at Dallas. She currently serves as the Liberal Studies Faculty Senator, and from 2010-2016, she served as the elected chair of the Politics, Rights, and Development concentration.
