Professor Mitchell S. Jackson Publishes Essay in the Paris Review

Paris Review Fall 2018 cover

The Paris Review No. 226, Fall 2018

Professor Jackson’s most recent piece, “Exodus,” was published in the Fall issue of the Paris Review. The essay explores the idea that a chosen people are those that choose themselves, and details both his family’s move from the South to Portland (along with the great migration), and Jackson’s move from Portland to New York.
